Project Details: This contract involved producing an Instructor-led Virtual Online Training. It required designing online production guides and supporting trainers to deliver day-long training programs to senior managers via WebEx, Zoom, and MS Teams. As the online producer, I looked after technology, assisted facilitators, managed group work, and resolved technical issues. Tools and platforms used included Mural, Kahoot, Parlay and similar.
