Before you start planning and developing training, try to establish your main learning goal – it will give you direction and keep you focused.
Make sure you know the primary learning goal before starting with your training design.

KNOW YOUR LEARNING GOAL

Knowing your goal will help you to stay focus, and have a direction for your eLearning. It will also enable you to measure your efforts and subsequently, in the long run, save you time and money.
